  1. Select date and search to check the available slots with "Select date to check available slots" on the appointment form header before filling the appointment form.
  2. The value 0 (Zero) indicates that the appointment for that particular day is full.
  3. You must first select the Date in the Appointment Date field to proceed further.
  4. Select correct Service Access Point when making appointment. For example, if you want to avail service from Department Headquarter at Kawajangsa, select Department and Department HQ and like wise for Dzongkhag and Thromde from the drop-down list in appointment form.
  5. Ensure the mobile number you have entered in the appointment form is correct. ( mobile number is required if you need to cancel the appointment)
  6. To confirm your appointment, track the status using your CID/SR Number through Track Appointment Details in the Navigation Panel.
  7. Report as per the Date and Time Slot to reduce your waiting time.
  8. Appointment is mandatory if you are visiting the Department headquarter to avail services. For Dzongkhags and Thromdes it will depend on number of service users. However, you are encouraged to seek prior appointment through this system for confirmation.
  9. Submit/produce all required documents at the service counter. For details, please refer the directions provided below.
